Juliette Mills
Property Manager
Juliette Mills is a Property Manager at San Marcos, originally from Copperas Cove, TX. She holds a degree in Biology from Texas State University and has been working at College Town since becoming a Community Assistant before transitioning into Property Management.
Juliette values College Town’s dedication to high-quality customer service and perfecting the resident experience. She enjoys rollerblading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. Juliette has a Chihuahua-Jack Russell Terrier mix dog named Sophia. She admires Issa Rae, who built her brand from the ground up, and would love to learn how to play the piano. She is described as a self-starter, bubbly, and kind.
Andy Lucio
Senior Maintenance Technician
Andy Lucio is a Maintenance Technician based in San Marcos, originally from San Antonio, TX. With 17 years of experience in the maintenance field and training from Hual Tech School, Andy is passionate about learning new things and takes pride in being a reliable team player.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and studying the Bible. He values teamwork, fixing things, and building strong relationships with others. His first job was in warehouse work in Wisconsin, which taught him the importance of responsibility and leadership.
Andy is committed to growing with the company, always aiming to be an asset by completing tasks efficiently and ensuring residents are satisfied with the work. He believes in hard work, continuous learning, and achieving goals as part of a cohesive team.
Chris Pineda
Maintenance Technician
Chris Pineda is a Maintenance Technician in San Marcos, originally from Kyle, TX. Chris' experience in construction began at 15 when he helped his grandfather and uncles build houses from the ground up. He also has a background as a firefighter and search and rescue worker, which adds to his diverse skill set.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing guitar and hunting. He is committed to continuing his faith journey with his Christian/Catholic beliefs, and values personal growth and development.
Chris' career goal is to grow with CTC, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and look amazing. He brings dedication and a wide range of experiences to his role, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
Mounir
Student Rep
Mounir is a Student Rep at San Marcos from North Carolina. His primary interest is understanding the ins and outs of his future profession. Mounir relieves stress by playing video games and enjoys helping people in need. His favorite restaurant is Del Frisco’s, where he orders filet mignon and truffle mac and cheese. He has a cat named Sammy.
Mounir believes that “you on average get 75 summers and winters; make them count and spread joy.” He would like to be a polyglot and is described as determined, mature, and adaptable. His advice is to use inside voices in public.
Paola
Student Rep
Paola is a Student Rep at San Marcos from Grapevine, TX. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and enjoys working with the staff and helping residents.
In her free time, Paola likes running, reading, and spending time with family. She is inspired by learning new things and being around her family and friends. Paola has a dog named Sage and would love to learn how to change a flat tire. She is trustworthy, positive, and caring.
Marc Anthony
Student Rep
Marc Anthony is a Student Rep at San Marcos from Houston, TX. He has 3 years of experience working as a server at Mia's Table and at Starbucks.
Marc enjoys his coworkers and relieves stress by playing video games and basketball. His goals in life inspire him to keep moving forward. Marc’s favorite restaurant is FogoDeChao, where he enjoys Brazilian steak. He has a dog named Misha and would love to meet James Harden, his favorite basketball player. Marc believes in looking after himself first and would like to learn to play the guitar. He is described as funny, energetic, and positive, and his advice is to practice patience.
Jason
Student Rep
Jason McDonald is a Student Rep at San Marcos from Houston, TX. With 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Jason enjoys the family-like atmosphere at work.
His hobbies include creative design for clothing brands, recreational sports, and listening to music. Jason is inspired by his younger sister and uncle. His favorite food is tacos, and he has no pets. He would love to meet Pharrell Williams and believes in the mantra “WIN THE DAY” – staying present and accomplishing everything needed for the day. Jason would like to learn to fly a plane or play the piano. He is a leader, stylish, and innovative, with aspirations to start his own fashion line. He values being flexible and eager to learn new things.
Ese
Student Rep
Originally from Houston, Texas, Ese Usoro is a junior at Texas State University studying Medical Laboratory Science. As a Student Representative at San Marcos, she enjoys the warm, friendly environment and the sense of teamwork at College Town Communities.
In her free time, Ese loves crocheting and playing the bass guitar. She draws inspiration from her older sister, admiring her intelligence, boldness, and assertiveness. A proud cat mom, she adores her furry companion, Teucer. When it comes to food, Whataburger’s Avocado Bacon Burger is her go-to choice. If she could master any skill, it would be playing the piano—an instrument she finds both simple and complex in its versatility. Ese’s dedication and positive energy make her a great addition to the team.
Nia
Student Rep
Nia is a Student Rep at San Marcos from Austin, Texas. With over 5 years of babysitting experience and 4+ years in customer service, Nia enjoys the environment at work and how it understands the balance between being a student and an employee. She relieves stress by spending time with God, running, and journaling. Her favorite restaurants are Chipotle and Wingstop, where she enjoys lemon pepper BBQ wings. Nia’s role model is Bernie Mac, her favorite comedian, and she would love to learn how to work on cars. She is described as smart, mature, and beautiful.
